Nova joined Feu de l’Âme Beaucerons in 2023 from Noir Sans Peur in Poland, and she represents the next generation of my program. She is the definition of a working dog—athletic, energetic, and endlessly eager to engage with her handler. With incredible environmental stability and natural adaptability, Nova thrives in new and challenging settings, always ready to focus and perform. Her strong pack, prey, and food drives, paired with remarkable handler focus and biddability, make her a joy to train.

Currently, Nova is training in dock diving and beginning scent work, with plans to expand into herding or agility as her career develops. Once she has completed her health testing and earned titles to showcase her working ability, she will join the breeding program.

True to the Beauceron spirit, Nova is both serious in her work and deeply devoted to her family. Though initially aloof with strangers, once she warms up, she is affectionate to the point of climbing into your lap. She comes out of her kennel ready to work, often offering obedience behaviors unprompted, and she is the dog I trust most with my children—always alert, watchful, and by their side.
